A two part program

A two part program E.g. main program that has 2 parts one one the PC and another part to run from either USB drive or phone tablet (for people not on the internet) where the main program gathers the driver list and saves in a portable format that can be dowloaded onto USB drive or phone etc so you don't need to carry your PC to a free WiFi hotspot.
